Kettering University has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide the service of secure online transcript ordering. Safe, fast and easy – it is the most efficient way to order your official transcript.
Transcripts can be ordered online, 24/7 through the National Student Clearinghouse.
NSC walks you through placing your order, including delivery options and fees. With a valid credit card, you can order multiple transcripts to be sent to various recipients. Your card is only charged after your order has been completed. All charges are non-refundable. Order updates are available via text message and email.
- After Grades are Posted - Your transcript is processed after all final grades for the selected term are available.
- After Degree is Awarded - Your transcript is processed after your selected degree is awarded.
Good Information – Please Read
All transcript requests must be done through the National Student Clearinghouse. The Registrar’s Office does not accept requests made any other way.
Electronic delivery is only available to students who attended Kettering University in 2000 or later.
- $2.90 per transcript for domestic mailing or pick-up
- $3.90 for electronic delivery
International mailing fees are the responsibility of the student. If you complete a transcript order through the Clearinghouse and request mailing to an international address, you will receive instructions from the Registrar’s Office, via email, on how to pay the shipping fees.
If you do not know your Kettering University ID number and you do not have a Social Security Number, please enter 123456789 for Social Security Number when ordering. When prompted to edit the personal information you entered, select “NO”.
Transcripts are released only when all financial obligations to Kettering University have been met.
Transcripts issued directly to the student may not be considered official by other institutions.
Kettering University does not fax transcripts.
Paper transcripts are not processed on days when Kettering University is closed – weekends, holidays and the time between Christmas and New Year’s. Electronic delivery options are always available, without delay, when you place your order through the National Student Clearinghouse.
Current students may access their unofficial transcript through Banner Self Service.
